Almyrida apartments are new and modern and fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Each apartment has it's own terrace and easy access to the shared pool, the pool area is tiled for safety.
There are 2 one bedroom apartments (No. 3 + 5) & 3 two bedroom apartments (No. 1 + 2 + 4) available. The upstairs apartments have limited sea views.
Just 3 minute walk from the beach and many excellent tavernas, cafes and shops, these apartments are a great choice for those seeking value for money, comfortable accommodation, and easy access to the many local amenities.
The Apartmets have full A/C, the use of which is included in the rental rates. We offer a free Maid Service for the weekly change of bed linen and a twice weekly change of towels.
There are live music nights at local tavernas throughout the season and a number of events at local cafes and bars in Almyrida. There is a bowling hall in town.
The Apokoronas area is just east of the beautiful, historic Venetian city of Chania and includes the beach villages of Almerida and Kalives, the traditional villages of Plaka, Vamos, Gavalohori, Kokkino Horio, and country villages such as Kefalas and Litsarda.
You will find water sports, boat trips, organised bike rides, local organised walks horse riding and much more.
All our Clients receive a FREE Welcome Basket with the compliments of K-Travel. It is possible to upgrade to a Deluxe Welcome Basket for an additional charge of £30.00.
All services and the use of air conditioning and other equipment (as advertised) is included in the weekly rental rates shown on this web site.
Children are most welcome in all our properties and we provide a free High Chair and Cot loan service but, we do ask that Children are supervised at all times whilst around and in the Swimming Pool.
We do ask that Reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
All prices shown are for the VILLA and NOT per person. As with all our Villas on the Island, we can arrange Car Hire through reputable companies. Please e-mail us for availability of this delightful property.
The approximate drive time from Chania International Airport is 45 minutes. From Heraklion, where it is possible to get cheaper flights, the transfer time is approximately 100 - 120 minutes.
